(1) Volunteer Paper Submission
Individuals who submit a paper for the volunteer sessions that will be organized by WEAI
are required to pay a paper submission fee in addition to the economist registration. 
Paper submission fees are nonrefundable if paper is accepted. Letters of acceptance will
be mailed in December 2008. Both submission and registration must be paid at the time
you submit your paper, or it will not be processed for placement on the program.

(2) Economist Registration
Full registration includes admittance to all sessions, lunches, and refreshment breaks 
March 24, 25, and 26. Affiliates of WEAI Institutional Members will receive their 20% 
discount on registration as a refund credit after the registration fee is paid.

(3) Spouses and Adult Guests
Any guests that will be participating in conference tours and activities need to be registered 
and wearing a conference badge.

(4) Special Activities
Tours are yet to be determined. Please check back a little later!
   
(5) WEAI Membership
Benefits include subscription to WEAI's two highly-acclaimed quarterly journals, Economic 
Inquiry and Contemporary Economic Policy, as well as the opportunity to submit your 
conference paper to either journal free of the usual submission fee if submitted by 
September 2009.

(6) Submit Secure Payment Online:

Refunds:  Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to a US$25 handling fee. 
No refunds will be given for cancellations after November 1, 2008.
